About
Automation built in Gjakova, for companies in Germany, Switzerland and Austria
Romb Software is the software department of Romb, a technology company based in Gjakova, Kosovo. We focus on one thing: removing manual office work from service businesses.
Why work with a team in Kosovo
Same time zone
Kosovo shares a time zone with Germany, Switzerland and Austria, so calls and support fit your working day.
Close to your market
Kosovo's tech sector already does much of its work for clients in Germany and Switzerland.
Fair prices
Our location lets us offer fixed prices below typical Western European agency rates.
How we work
A clear path from first call to running automation
Three steps that keep the risk low and the results measurable.
Automation Audit
We map your manual processes, rank them by hours lost and agree a 90-day plan.
Fixed-price build
We build the automation that saves the most time first, at a price agreed up front, with a progress call every week.
Care plan
We monitor, fix and keep improving your automations every month as your business changes.
What you can count on
- GDPR-compliant setup and EU data hosting by default
- Human approval on any AI decision that affects people
- Fixed-price proposals
- Weekly progress calls
Part of Romb
Romb also runs Romb Academy, where kids and teens learn coding, robotics and AI. The best students from its AI & Automation Lab can intern with the software team.
Organisations we have built software for
Before focusing on automation, Romb delivered custom software for companies and public institutions in Kosovo.
They were right on schedule, charged reasonable prices, were professional and courteous in dealings, and delivered items on time.
